ACT Health is responsible under the Corrections Management Act 2007 for the
appointment of the therapeutic doctor for the new prison. It issued for public
comment until 2 October 2007 a Health Services Plan for the prison for
2007-2010. Several Coalition members provided comments by the closing date. It
is understood that a finalised version of the plan will be released shortly. In
